If you don’t know or haven’t heard, the right-wing pundits from across the US are raising MILLIONS of dollars to try to take marriage equality from CA couples. There are a slew of ads that are running around the state and unimaginable amounts of time and energy have been spent trying to battle this one out.
I don’t know what will happen. I feel like I’ve called, I’ve written, I’ve asked, I’ve pleaded for people to get involved. Give what they can. Give MORE than they can… and I am proud of my peers. I am proud of my mentors. I am proud of CA.
If you haven’t already voted and you live in CA- VOTE NO ON 8.
If you know someone in CA who hasn’t voted yet, tell them to VOTE NO ON 8.
If you have any capacity to give time, energy, or funds to stop this hatred… VOTE NO ON 8.
